My name is Zuyang Ye, and I am a postdoctoral scholar in Mechanical Engineering. My research focuses on autonomous systems for materials synthesis. I grew up in Fujian, China, and earned my undergraduate degree in Chemical Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). I later ventured to sunny California, where I completed my PhD in Physical Chemistry at the University of California, Riverside, under Prof. Yadong Yin, exploring nanosynthesis and light-matter interactions. Outside the lab, I enjoy good conversations, lighthearted gossip, and discovering new ways not to take life too seriously.
